Photos and Media: Photos of vehicles, parts, inspection points, and profile images captured via camera or selected via the system photo picker.
Device & Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, and app performance metrics for reliability.

3. Permissions and Use of Photos & Camera

System Photo Picker & Camera Access: Our application uses the standard Android System Photo Picker and Camera interface to allow you to take or select specific photos (car inspection images, job card documentation, and profile photos). We do not request broad or persistent access to your entire photo gallery or device storage.

Camera Permission: Used only when taking real-time inspection or profile photos.
Internet: Used to sync job cards and service logs with our secure backend.
Push Notifications: Used for job card milestones, invoice alerts, and status updates.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is only processed with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud database, SMS/WhatsApp notification gateways) strictly required to operate the service.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.
